im not that tall, and i don't like "little people" "dwarf", using the word short is fine, us shorties know we are short, but just use your discretion. Some people are more sensitive than others about it. So don't call out "hey Joe look there's a little person!!" :o)

In casual conversation you can say "little people" as has been suggested to you over and over. If you're having a more etiological (origin/cause-based) conversation or being more technical you can use the term 'dwarfism' or its biomedical counterpart, 'Achondroplasia'. Never use 'midget' as it's considered to be very offensive.

LOL, short's okay. In the case of the dwarfs/midgets, etc you can call them Little People. People who are under 4'8-5'0 tall.

People of short stature, maybe...
Just remember to put the Person first.

The clinical name is "people of short stature." However, many of them like to be called "little people," which personally I find silly. But I'm a person of average height, so it's not my place to decide what to call them. If they want to be called "little people," that's what we should call them.

the more appropriate word to refer to a dwarf is "little person" or "little people"
if someone is just short, you should use "petitie" if they are and short if otherwise lol

If you mean dwarfism (little people), the proper term is "little people". If it's just about someone being short, they are just called "short".
