what i can do to treat a hyper hygienic manic girl with good sense of humor,who made her parents helpless?

She(my sister) is tremendously disturbing the hygiene of the place where she lives, she never touch anybody normally, never even flushes her own potty, never brushes her teeth, never take water without washing any vessel 7 to 8 times, and never eat anything if it is near irony things like a LPG cylinder, or near a mirror etc she shows hyper hygiene and makes her own old poor parents entangled in problems as she asks them to give her water or tea and throws it immediately saying its dirty and you first wash your hands 3 or 4 times then do the same with vessel and then again if she found it not ok she just throws it.
So does the same with meal.
We people are really too impossible to live like this. Some times she asks for water again and again and if we don’t do even a single time then she cries loudly and collects the neighbors or police even. She makes the house very dirty if we allow her in kitchen she always makes all the things open like tap; once she start it she never off it.
She washes her hands at least 50 times a day so as she previously used to do with her whole body. She throws soap here and there in house and rarely uses any soap again; it becomes dirty according to her. She looks too thin, dark and her skin is all burnt because of heavily using soap. She is about 40 of age. She got angry and violent since the age of 20s whenever we talked about marriage, she made many boys to run away from house, so we are unable to made her married.
What can we do now; she talks wisely to doctors so nobody take her to mental hospital. I want now to live my parent’s rest of the life livable.

You are going to have to really work to get her into a group home or a mental institution before all four of you go mad. This situation is only enabling your sister and is actually making her illness worse instead of better. See if you can't involve a couple of neighbors to help you get her (I beg your pardon) committed.

This type of behavior has to stop before, as I said before, all of you go stark raving mad. I highly suggest you sit down with your local health agency and explain the situation over and over and over until someone gets it. I know they're overworked but she needs help. Your parents cannot keep this up and her little charade must come to an end. She's literally holding you all hostage in your own home.

It sounds like she gets away with doing all this stuff. You need to make her clean up her own messes when she throws things. And only a doctor can treat a Hyper hygenic manic girl. So get her to a doctor that handles this kind of thing.

if shes 40 yrs old tell her to get her own water,food etc if she doesnt brush her teeth sounds like she not to worried about hygiene if she wants to throw stuff make her pick it up or leave it buy her no more when she talks wisely to the doctors quit taking her she is spoiled and should be treated as such
