If so There this one group that has been around now for over four years and active.....Its about intimacy,but intimacy is not just about sex alone...Some people have no feeling below the waist,does that mean they have no llife as far as intimacy relationship..??no

I was temporarily disabled for awhile due to a broken back. The disability didn't stop my desires, but the pain I was in did. An interesting book to read on the subject is The Guide to Getting It On by Goofy Foot Press.

It was origionally a text book for a college health class. There's an entrie chapter on sex, intimacy, and disabilities. It's one of those books that's handy to have around if you are an adult who has questions about sex and need straight answers. Hope this was appropriate and helpful.

was wounded in the marines,, i wear leg braces to walk and have shrapnel in my spine, cant hear and wear hearing aids, cant feel my right foot or my left shoulder, my pain is,, well on a scale of 1 to 10,, about a 45,,

TBI: at seven, at around 24; I don't use a wheel chair. I have friends who are in similar situation like you have mentioned. Some have been married both before and after their accident. Thanks for the info.
